practices what it preaches in using consultative and strategic
selling techniques to acquire new clients for my business and for my
clients' businesses. I have undertaken consultative and strategic selling
assignments in various industries by working with existing sales forces,
hiring and training new sales forces and helping to hone existing sales
management skills. Assignments have included, but are not limited to,
the following examples: analysis of lead generation methods and results;
analysis and development of discovery processes and information capture
systems/contact management programs; buyer and non-buyer surveys to
determine sales strengths and weaknesses; sales training on
non-manipulative sales methodologies; use of third party
sales/behavioral analysis systems for existing and new recruits: review,
development and testing of new proposal and RFP formats, and the design,
development, testing and implementation of new sales tools, processes,
and presentation strategies.

careers. The attribute that makes Ray special is that he cared
about the success of other people. He received gratification
by staying here until 8pm to help someone who may have been
struggling with a certain account. The harvest that he sewed is yet
to be reaped. AccuData lost a valuable asset that will be
difficult to replace. We have a lot of people in this company who can sell, however we have very
few people who are seasoned enough to consistently" do the dance" with
sophisticated, large end users. Ray had that ability and passed on his
