and/or implemented marketing strategies for small, medium and large
businesses that produce or provide products, services and new
technologies. Assignments have involved
existing companies seeking a new strategic direction, launching new
divisions of existing companies or launching new companies and managing
turnaround situations.
KnightWorks
has developed marketing plans as a corporate executive and as
entrepreneur which have incorporated internal and external corporate
analysis, competitor and trend analysis, marketing mix options and
alternatives, budgets and projections, critical issue identification and
resolution plans, strategic alliance and cooperative marketing plans.
The scope of these plans have run from one product/service to multiple
product lines/brands for particular local, regional, national or
international target markets. We develop and implement plans to sell to
specific consumer segments, industry segments and cultural segments in
both English and Spanish.
